    You first take the track, which overlooks the Abéou torrent, until you reach the "Bauchière" crossroads. After the bridge, we follow the track that winds up in the Bois d'Aune. In the forest, the route turns left, at a second crossroads and easily reaches the Col des Gières. Via a small mountain plateau, you can easily reach the Col des Manges then the ruins of the Plaine.
    The route then begins on a path that crosses the Crève-Corps ravine on the side, and climbs to the Col d'Aune. Be careful, at the level of the pools, you have to go up towards the Col. The descent then takes place in the forest of the northern slope by a fairly steep path until the sign "Les Amésuras". From there, 2 choices are available to you: go down on the right by the forest tracks which lead back to the starting point or on the left take in the direction of "Boudelle" then go down by a path in the direction of "Bauchière" and "Le Collet ”.
