Nestled in the heart of the Bure plateau, the Dévoluy alpine ski area overlooks the massif, a real balcony with a panoramic view. You can ski the slopes of Superdévoluy and La Joue du Loup, in the midst of a journey with the stone giants of the Southern Alps : Bure, Obiou, Grand Ferrand, Écrins and Vercors.

The sun rose a short time ago. The groomers and their night machines have left behind them a gigantic playground of 2000 hectares, just for you. Starting from La Joue du Loup or Superdévoluy, you leave for a full and sportive day : you start with a warm-up on the bottom of the domain, in the big forest tracks. Take advantage of lunch for a panoramic break from the terrace of one of the high altitude restaurants, or in the giant hammock at the top of the Fontettes. Then you continue the day on the fresh snow, surrounded by the natural cathedrals of the Bure plateau.

The Dévoluy alpine domain is composed of 53 slopes from green to black. Are you a sports performance enthusiast? Two itineraries of 1000 meters of vertical drop are waiting for you. Do you want to discover downhill skiing? The whole area is accessible via the blue runs, to make the panorama accessible to all. Looking for thrills? The snowpark is made for you, carved with love by our ski patrol. As for the little ones, they can practice on the snow gardens.

Skiing off the marked trails is done at your own risk. It is recommended to equip yourself with avalanche rescue equipment and to inform yourself about the avalanche risk. Some guides in Dévoluy offer freeride skiing lessons, find them opposite.

Off-piste skiing must also be practiced with respect for wildlife. quiet zones are sometimes delineated, where access is formally prohibited. Many species, some of them endangered, take refuge in wooded areas during the winter. Be vigilant especially after heavy snowfall and during extreme cold.

Finally, skiing on the area outside of opening hours is strongly discouraged. Grooming machines and their winch cables pose a significant risk to skiers.
