The blond and amber beers, with floral or citrus notes, with aromas of noble hops, are entirely conceived, prepared and brewed by the water of Dévoluy, in the place called "Courtil" (just behind the "Ferme des Chanterelles") on the road linking St Etienne and St Disdier.
