In Saint Disdier, the trail begins by following the course of the Souloise, it crosses the Pont de la Cerise and climbs up to the entrance to the Gorges at the Puit des Bans. A short passage equipped with rungs allows you to leave it and reach the hamlet of Collet shortly afterwards via a steep path. We take the road towards La Chastre where we continue on an easy agricultural track until the "Torrent des Queyras". Turn right into the valley which follows the torrent and emerges on the pasture to reach the hut and finally "Le Col de l'Aup". We climb 50 meters to the left for a magnificent panorama.
For the return, go down to the sign "Les Côtes" then follow the pastoral path on a balcony which brings us back to Les Gicons. When you arrive at "Hauts Gicons", follow the D520 road until the sign "Les Fontanettes" and follow the descent to Mère-Eglise. You have two choices to reach Saint Disdier: descend via the Stations of the Cross located under the cemetery or take the variant via the village of Jouves.
